The Pan-Atlantic University Student Council introduced the ‘Feel Good Week’to the student body on Wednesday the 24th of January 2024.
The Feel-Good Week is an initiative of the Student Council and the PAU Guidance and Counseling Unit. It is an Expansion of our annual Mental Health Week, where we put up the kindness wall, watch a movie together as a community, etc.
This year, the Mental Health Week would encompass other activities like Drug Awareness Day, General Medical Assessments, Mentoring and Coaching day, most interestingly, an end of semester party to unwind.
The First (2024) edition of the Feel-Good Week starts this Saturday, the 27th of January and runs till Friday, the 2nd of February 2024.
There will be activities lined up for the entire week. The activities include aerobic sessions, drug awareness day with free general medical assessments, in-house counselling and coaching, counseling with external professional and talks, a movie night, and an end-of-semester party.
The event is free and open to all members of the PAU community.
As the semester comes to an end, and the flurry of activities become heightened for the students as they begin preparations towards their final exams, it is important that students take advantage of the feel good week to get their mental and physical health in check.
